Franciscan Health Lafayette – Medical Office Buildings

Building A: This 68,000 square foot Medical Office Building is a slab-on-grade, two story, type B occupancy. The exterior skin consisted of an exterior insulation and finish system, curtain wall, and 6’x6’ punched windows, and a fully adhered EPDM rubber roof system. Both the first and second floor interiors consisted of a central core made up of electrical/telecom and mechanical closets, two elevators, a main corridor and a central lobby. All other interior areas were initially left as shelled spaces. Tonn and Blank was later contracted to construct 45,000 square feet of Tenant Office Build-Out.

Building B: Medical Office Building B is a 62,000 square foot, slab-on-grade, two-story type I occupancy. Exterior skin consisted of an exterior insulation and finish system, curtain wall, and 6’ x 6’ punched windows, and a fully adhered EPDM rubber roof system. Fully fireproofed open web structural steel columns and beams made up the framing system of the building. Both the first and second floor interiors consisted of a central core made up of electrical, telecommunications, and mechanical closets, two elevators, a main corridor, and a central lobby. All other interior areas were initially left as shelled spaces.
