Since the construction industry has started to modernize by taking steps toward industrial manufacturing techniques, our team has successfully integrated off-site construction methods into conventional building.
Off-site construction refers to the planning, designing, manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly of building elements at a location to support the rapid speed of, and efficient construction of a permanent structure. This type of building is faster, more regulated, and requires fewer coordination efforts, resulting in higher productivity and improved quality control.
We believe in a seamless process that includes collaboration among our Preconstruction and Design departments to determine if factors like the complexity of a project and economies of scale would benefit from these services. Once project-specific characteristics reveal that off-site construction is the optimal approach, the design is approved to the Owner’s specifications and the components are created in our new 85,000-square-foot facility.
