Symphony Chesterton

Symphony Chesterton is one of Northwest Indiana’s top Medical Resorts and offers both service-rich Senior Living apartments and Recovery Suites™ for those in need of top-of-the-line nursing and rehabilitative care. Tonn and Blank performed as General Contractor for three separate locations: Symphony Crown Point (67,000sf), Symphony Chesterton (77,000sf) and Symphony Dyer (82,000sf). Each project was a fast-track (11 month) schedule that incorporated prefabrication methods to aid in speed to market. Virtual Design and Construction played a vital role in successfully condensing the schedule. Tonn and Blank self-performed the concrete, wood framing and finish carpentry for all locations.
