Symphony Crown Point

Symphony Crown Point is one of Northwest Indiana’s top Medical Resorts and offers both service-rich Senior Living apartments and Recovery Suites™ for those in need of top-of-the-line nursing and rehabilitative care. Symphony of Crown Point is an $11.5 million, 67,000sf, 100 bed Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facility. Tonn and Blank self performed the concrete, wood framing and finish carpentry. The project was a fast track 11 month schedule, and used BIM Modeling to aid in prefabricating a large portion of the scope.
