Through the implementation of industrialized construction methodologies, including prefabrication and off-site construction, the project team optimized labor efficiency while enhancing construction precision.

From the onset, Tonn and Blank Construction prioritized the well-being of its workforce, implementing robust safety programs, initiatives, and policies to mitigate hazards and prevent incidents. With a workforce of 400 tradespeople, effective coordination and communication were paramount, necessitating the establishment of clear communication channels and management systems to ensure awareness of tasks, deadlines, and changes in plans.
