Natalie is a journeyman carpenter that never pictured herself with a career in the trades, but she’s taken the bull by the horns – now look how comfortable she is here 😎.
She comes from a family with three generations of local 374 Union Boilermakers that inspired her passion. Being a carpenter allows Natalie to continuously learn new skills to master and keep her day to day interesting.
“Despite what most people think, being a carpenter requires many skills to be successful. Problem-solving, mental and physical dexterity, intelligence and attention to detail to name a few. There’s no book that teaches you how to excel on a project site – it’s passed down generation to generation. The most important thing you can do is listen.”
