Tonn and Blank Construction was instrumental in working with Sullivan–Palatek to construct a new 158,000 sf manufacturing facility which combined both their Indiana and Connecticut operations, as well as a 10,000-sf office, four shipping docks and two receiving docks. Sullivan-Palatek’s industrial division manufactures high efficiency electric-driven, rotary screw air compressors from 5-400 HP, and offers a complete line of refrigeration and desiccant dryers, air filters and condensate management systems. Our value engineering solutions helped to maximize the capital budget for the project.
