Franciscan Health Olympia Fields (St. James)

Focused on increasing patient satisfaction and improving operational inefficiency, St. James needed to update 26,000 square feet of patient space. This renovation project was a 40-bed unit updating the rooms into all private rooms for patients. Tonn and Blank served as the program manager and contractor for the project.

While Tonn and Blank was renovating this unit we also were completing multiple projects at the campus which included the WellGroup Relocation project in three separate buildings, replacement of two main chillers, the air handling unit replacement project, Surgery MEP Upgrades, and two Urgent Care facilities off campus.
