Dean & Barbara White Southlake YMCA

This state-of-the-art 121,000 square foot renovation and expansion provides health, wellness, education and family enrichment programs to the Crown Point community. This YMCA features a zero-entry pool with slide and water features, and an L-shaped outdoor pool with lap lanes and a climbing wall. The new gymnasiums host an indoor three-lane track, six program studios for cheer, dance and group exercises, a steam sauna and whirlpool tub. Additional amenities include a family game room, a juice and coffee bar and a teaching kitchen.

Our team expanded the parking areas, constructed a new entryway, lobby and lounge, and provided new locker rooms. Tonn and Blank is proud to be a part of the YMCA family and we will continue to help provide a safe place for the community to grow and thrive.

The Dean & Barbara Southlake YMCA serves over 10,000 families in the Crown Point area, so our team had to prioritize decisions that progress the project efficiently to ensure the community could rely on preschool/daycare services and recreational programs throughout the duration of the project.
