As of April 1st, 2024, we’ve accomplished something truly extraordinary: 1,000,582 man-hours worked without a lost time injury and 610,607 man-hours worked without a recordable incident. This milestone speaks volumes about our collective dedication to safety and excellence. Executive support and employee commitment to adopting Tonn and Blank’s safety culture and practices, along with company growth, accelerated the process of reaching this mark.
What exactly is a safe man-hour?
A safe man-hour, by definition, is a man-hour of work completed without any lost time, injury or accident. It is a crucial indicator and a clear reflection of the performance of a contractor’s health and safety policies and procedures.
