Tonn and Blank provided construction management and program management services for the 106,000 square foot West Tower addition, equipped with 52 new patient beds. This project also includes a USP 800 compliant pharmacy. All site utilities were relocated during the construction process and new foundations were poured for the power plant.

The first floor includes an Advanced Wound Healing Center, expanded Outpatient Center to include a new endoscopy procedure room and prep recovery room, a new Cancer Center, sleep Disorders Center/Neurodiagnostic and Franciscan Physician Network Oncology and Hematology Specialists.
The second-floor hosts Inpatient Rehabilitation, Medical/Surgical overflow, and Palliative Care suites, and the third floor has an Inpatient Medical/Surgical Unit with shell space for future expansion.
