Our buildings make that first impression on our customers and the general public experience and we always receive positive comments about them. I am very proud to be the Horizon Bank Project manager working with Tonn and Blank.
The project was completed within schedule and budget by Tonn and Blank Construction. The Tonn and Blank team was all in, from President Jon Gilmore to Project Manager Brien Delich, with excellent communications and regular meetings to evaluate project direction to minimize change orders. Tonn and Blank knows the YMCA and worked well with the architect to design and build a facility that delivered a quality member experience within a safe environment. Many Y’s have visited our location to draw inspiration from our design–a testament to Tonn and Blank’s workmanship!

We have diverse services designed to create a smooth building experience, including creating functional spaces that are aesthetically pleasing with our Interior Design department. With the proper planning, research, and detail-oriented coordination, we bring your vision to life by adding the finishing touches, including lighting conditions, ergonomics, and finishes.
