Project Description

Tonn and Blank Construction served as the program manager and construction manager for this new outpatient and specialty care pavilion in a prime location south of Indianapolis. This three-story, 89,000 square foot consolidated one stop shop for outpatient services includes family medicine, physical therapy, imaging, mammography, bone density, Xray, immediate care, family practice, and a wellness spa. The rehabilitation area includes seven treatment bays, hand therapy, speech therapy and activities of daily living kitchen. The wellness spa includes services such as massage therapy, acupuncture, mammography, vein clinic and bone density scanning.

Designed with an expansive flexible primary care floor, it will serve a growing patient population for years to come and will support them with Urgent Care, Rehab Therapy, Lab, Diagnostic Imaging, Pediatric and Women’s Services.

To promote healthy living, it offers a Women’s Spa with Massage Therapy, Mammography, Vein Clinic and Plastics services. The facility was designed for maximum flexibility, future expansion and was programmed for population health management. Community education space allows Franciscan Alliance to engage the community regularly as a neighborhood asset.

This micro-hospital and emergency center includes 58 patient exam rooms for family medicine and internal medicine services. This space enables doctors and nurses to work more efficiently. Additionally, this area also includes six consultation rooms which can be used by clinical educators.
